Sydney provided excellent and speedy customer service. I was exhausted when I got there, and just wanted to shower and sleep. She had me checked in super quickly, and included everything I needed to know. Hot coffee in the Morning made my day, and the room was comfortable and clean.

The breakfast was good. Reasonable amount of options available. COVID taught the value of cleanliness and how to keep each other safe by having individually packaged servings and minimalizing communal items.

We arrived late in the evening having driven down from Seattle....The person behind the desk was very curious and got us our room and all set up for the evening....Our room was not more than 50 feet from the front desk....parking was very good close to the front....

The location was great! Lots of restaurants nearby and close to the freeway. The bed was super comfortable. The staff went above and beyond as I needed an outlet to plug in a heater in my car and they helped me take care of that.

Kind and helpful people at the front desk especially swing and night shifts. Comfortable beds, plenty of pillows, clean bathroom, quiet. Good breakfast included. Also, it's nice the room included a refrigerator and microwave.

Everything about this property is exceptional starting with a fast acting problem solving crew. It’s a team effort from the front to the back of the property. Clean and secure feels like home away from home.

The breakfast was ok, being a vegetarian there were options for us, would have appreciated having non sweet cereal.

The room was a good size, King sized bed was a bonus. The breakfast was great, there was a good assortment of foods & beverages to choose from. This was a great way to start our day.
